TOWN HALL: What You Need to Know About Proposed Non-Ad Valorem Assessment Fee

On August 28, 2018, voters within the North Collier Fire Control & Rescue District (NCFR) will decide whether to approve the Board of Fire Commissioners
having the authority to adopt a non-ad valorem fee to supplement the current ad valorem (property taxes) funding structure. This informational Town Hall is
designed to ensure that residents and business owners within NCFR are informed on the proposed fee.
